Matthew is a graduate of McGill University and a member in good standing of CICC. Matthew is experienced in identifying and resolving complex immigration issues across a range of unfamiliar and challenging circumstances. An excellent written and verbal communicator, Matthew provides expert counsel and representation for all matters before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB). Outside of work, Matthew is backpacking, whitewater kayaking or playing hockey.

Princess is primarily responsible for co-ordinating inbound OFWs for our corporate clients. Outside of being an experienced coordinator in our office, Princess is a passionate community and church leader.
May is responsible for handling most of the important administrative and procedural aspects of your file, ensuring things are submitted perfectly to the appropriate office. Outside of work, May is a big-time dog lover!
Lay is responsible for keeping our operations and client flow moving seamlessly. From file opening to CICC compliance activities, we count on Lay to keep us moving on track, and in the right direction.
Originally from Mexico, Alfredo brings with him a wealth of experience to the VVS team and is responsible for managing our Latin American client services. Having lived in Northern BC, ask Alfredo about what a real Canadian winter is like!
Ileana is a part of our LATAM team serving our Spanish-speaking client base. An experienced administrator and a talented recruiter, we lean on her experience to help us solve difficult problems in Latin America.
